The recipe posted on the YouTube channel ‘Cook With Parul’ is made with just potato and salts. Take a medium-sized potato cut it in equal-sized cubes. Dip the cubes in the cold water. Take them out on a towel, pat them dry and now dip them in hot water. Now, you need to refrigerate it for a while before frying. Doing so ensures your snack comes out crispy and crunchy just as you would expect them to be in restaurants. Make sure you do not over-fry them, take the snacks out once they obtain a light- golden hue. Pair them with any dip of your choice. Tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, mint sauce, cheesy sauce – there are options galore.
